Laser Printing Machine (medium or hard pressing)

In today's laser material industry, there are shadows, wrinkles, wood grains or vague figures at the joints of the products produced by a common laser hologram molding machine. In order to solve these problems, integrated with the principle of a hard-pressing molding machine, a latest high-precision dual-purpose (for medium or hard pressing) laser hologram molding machine has been innovated and developed by ourselves recently. The machine is suitable for both medium pressing and hard pressing, with good stiffness, high precision, convenient for plate changing, and long useful life.

The core technologies:

As for design and fabrication of the plate cylinder, a heat-insulation device for the oil-heating roll, as our latest patented technology, is used to efficiently control the temperature at the axle head, and reduce heat deformation of the roll, so as to prolong the bearings life. Generally, the plate cylinder is operating at approx. 200. Its bearings are subject to being jammed and worn due to thermal expansion of the axle head. The heat-insulation device is designed with a jacket or cooling-ring structure, to solve this problem successfully.

The plate cylinder is made of special thermal mold steel forged and treated, to ensure good quality, good stiffness and low coefficient of heat deformation. The plate cylinder is processed by a high-precision numerically-controlled machine tools, and tested for dynamic balance, so as to guarantee its precision. It adopts a combined-type design, convenient and quick for changing.
