One   Characteristics

Extrusion Coating & Lamination Machine is suitable for lamination, coloring and drying of paper and transferred film (or aluminized film). The operation and control system of the machine uses automatic microcomputer control, equipped with OMRON colorful touch screen, integrated with the human-machine interface developed by us, to achieve most of operation and control for the machine. The software can provide the functions such as on-line help, production record and on-line inspection, which is convenient for operators and technicians to control and maintain the machine, so as to improve production efficiency greatly. The machine can achieve gap winding with a taper tension, to ensure winding quality and avoid damage. The imported high-precision movement-equilibrium aluminum guide rolls are used to avoid scratching on the products. A drying system is designed specially according to the drying principles, using combined-type drying tunnel, to achieve complete drying and high efficiency. RKC intelligent temperature controller is used to improve temperature control precision. The machine uses special doctor-blade and press-roll mechanism, to ensure coating uniformity effectively.
